“Down the road I go. I am following my fishie. La la laaaa. Because my fishie knows where to go. La la. My fish is the Borghal Rantipole who I made look like a fishie because I am so clever and I can do things like that if I want… La la la… I am so clever… la la.”
I love Sandman, it’s such a beautiful story and more people should know about it - especially the kind of people who think graphic novels can’t be classified as literature.
The style of this was directly inspired by Richard Case’s painting of Delirium which can be found in the back of the Absolute Sandman Volume III.
